I believe it’s a quiet week on the release front; nothing has particularly caught my eye or ear however if there’s anything I’m sleeping on this week let me know on Twitter @HNYBSS.
So instead I’ve gone for a rare ‘Dub Edition’ where I choose one of my favourite unreleased or forthcoming tracks.
You may or may not have noticed forthcoming on SYSTEM MUSIC is a couple of belters from Samba, including a collaboration with Sepia. A great move for V.I.V.E.K and the label, signing two producers that have both been on the up swing over the last twelve months, regularly adding belters to their discographies as well as forming a formidable crew going by the name of ‘Chonk Mob’ with Rygby, Chokez and Koma. Speaking of which, you can check out their Radar Radio guest mix from last week here.
I first heard ‘Kami’ on Sleeper‘s Submission Podcast and was instantly hooked. After a bit of searching, I’m so happy to see it’s getting a release on a label like SYSTEM and with a collab featuring Sepia on the flip, you can’t go wrong. Big up DeeperSide for the upload on YouTube!
SYSTM019 has no release date as of yet so lets keep our eyes peeled.
